MotorTri Desk Terms of Service

These terms describe the independent sourcing support available through MotorTri Desk. The service helps business buyers organize adult tricycle requirements, contact candidate suppliers, and compare quotation scope. MotorTri Desk is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, inspection authority, insurer, finance provider, or regulator.

Information and quotation status

Catalog names and page content are inquiry aids. Product availability, configuration, minimum order quantity, sample terms, specifications, price, currency, quotation validity, lead time, warranty, documents, and delivery scope require a current supplier response. Nothing on this site forms a sales contract or guarantees a supplier response.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of requirements, acceptable substitutions, technical review, supplier due diligence, contract terms, payment decisions, inspection scope, import, customs, tax, registration, insurance, and lawful use. Exact-model and destination applicability should be reviewed by qualified parties.

Comparison limitations

We compare offers only after identifying their configuration, quantity, destination, Incoterm, inspection, documents, and exclusions. Differences may remain unresolved. A lower unit price does not establish lower landed cost, and a requested document does not establish compliance or approval. Nominal battery capacity does not establish usable energy or duty-cycle range, while a stated family payload does not establish the customized unit's rating.

Supplier and transaction boundaries

Candidate identification does not represent endorsement, audit completion, exclusivity, or authorization. Before contracting, the buyer should verify legal identity, factory and quality claims, bank details, references, specification acceptance, change control, inspection rights, warranty, remedies, shipping responsibilities, and dispute terms.

Submitted content

Do not place confidential drawings, credentials, payment data, or sensitive personal information in the initial form. By submitting a brief, you confirm that you may share it for sourcing follow-up. Specific confidentiality and file-transfer arrangements must be agreed separately.

Service changes

Sourcing scope may change when requirements, supplier availability, evidence, commercial terms, or destination conditions change. Any binding transaction is governed by the agreements executed by the buyer and the relevant supplier or service provider.
